Meet the Team
Work with Us!
We are always on the lookout for new talent to come and join the Naviro team. We demand excellence both in terms of recruitment practices and the development of vertical market knowledge. Our dedication to ongoing learning and development means that we invest in the best recruitment software and training, and we continually seek improvements to our search and data mining tools and techniques. We are interested in speaking to recruiters who share this passion.
Whilst we are serious in our mission to deliver value to our clients and candidates we are also committed to maintaining a progressive, fun and rewarding working environment. We believe that it is possible to enjoy the working week whilst also being successful. We insist on recruiting to a solid soundtrack, so if you can’t work to tunes, then this is probably not the right place for you. A sense of humour is also essential – taking oneself too seriously is next to impossible in the Naviro office.
We are also committed to ensuring all staff have the opportunity to progress and realise their potential. We offer ongoing training and development opportunities, one of the best commission structures in the market, as well and share options and profit share to senior employees. Naviro Christmas and End of financial Year parties are always keenly anticipated, and securing a spot on the incentive trips is priority number one for most consultants. Recent excursions to the Singapore Grand Prix and the Hong Kong 7s were off-the-chain!
At Naviro we believe in reducing our environmental footprint wherever possible through the following initiatives:
• Replacement of paper-based procedures with electronic alternatives. Eg. Astute work attendance software, Docusign electronic signature software, Workpro online WHS training
• Separation off all office waste, ensuring maximum level of recycling
• Use of electronic waste recycling facilities, ensuring toxic components are not sent to landfill
• Recycling of all printer cartridges.
• Removal of car parking facilities to ensure all staff use public transport or cycle for travel to and from the office.
At Naviro, we are committed to the values of diversity and equality. We believe in a meritocracy, where an individual’s skills and experience are the key criteria for selection and promotion, regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation or age.
We believe in the concept of ‘diversity of thought’ – recognising that the differences in peoples backgrounds lead to differences in their approach to innovation and creative problem solving – increasing the capabilities of the team as a whole.
